Many of our clients have a nationwide presence. In the event of an emergency you may be required to search for security services and rely on the internet to find a local service provider. This could have a negative impact since you have not had time to complete your due diligence and properly qualify a local security company. We are able to select the ideal company and meet your expectations in all segments of the market. Additionally, if an emergency were to arise we already have qualified, professional security companies in your area, and we can have them there within 5 hours of your request!

Saving Hours:

SAM has experienced instances where we have scheduled services only to find that the service time is able to be shortened due to completion of construction, management coming in early, or lack of threat. When corporate offices call for security services we always verify with the locale prior to creating a work order and dispatching to verify the need. This saves YOU MONEY!

Our rates are automatically negotiated with our vendors once you have security services for at least 30 days. We do this without being prompted by our clients. This is done in an effort to ensure the best possible customer service and honest relationship we can offer.

As the impact of COVID-19 increases across the globe, we wanted to explain the steps we’re taking to ensure continuity of customer service during the coming weeks. Security Alliance Management is taking provisional measures to safeguard the health and safety of all employees and partners. We want to assure our clients and partners that we are committed to maintaining an active and aggressive approach to work through the challenges facing us today and the upcoming future. We will continue to evaluate this ever changing situation and adjust to accommodate the ever changing times.

We have extended our telecommuting privileges to all employees and have provided our staff with the discretion to determine their work location based on their own needs.  We have the technology and support from our IT team to support a work-from-home environment and put forth the effort to maintain full performance efficacy to service your incoming requests.

Our Phone system is a Voice over IP system (VoIP) which allows our employee to work anywhere in the world.  Working from home affords our staff the ability to make and receive phone calls as if they were in the office.  This transition is seamless and our vendors and clients will notice no difference regarding phone support or communications.
