Q. There has been a change in coverage needs, can I update my work order?
A. Yes, you can change your coverage needs at anytime. Simply contact us at 888-966-3879 or via email scheduling@247sam.com M-F, 9-5(eastern standard time).
Q. Why do I have to tell you the reason for coverage?
A. For liability purposes and guard safety, we must always delineate the reason for coverage to ensure our partners are prepared and put in place the proper resources.

Q. Do you provide personal protection services?
A. Due to insurance liabilities, we are unable to provide this service. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Q. An incident occurred during coverage, how is this handled?
A. We provide a detailed report of the incident with 24 hours, in most cases the following day, and in extreme cases management is contacted immediately. In most cases, the issue is documented and we are contacting you as the client before you may even be aware.
Questions about accounting:
Q. We have a specific billing process, can you accommodate this?
A. We can document your invoices however you like, and also can accommodate dial-in confirmation or online billing applications.
Q. Does SAM accept credit cards?
A. Yes. Visa/MasterCard/Discover.
Q. Does SAM accept paypal or square?
A. Yes.
Q. Does SAM accept crypto currency?
A. Not at this time but in the near future we will.
